Terms and Conditions
Firearms:
1. The person who places the winning bid must be the person who comes to complete the transfer paperwork and pickup the firearm at Hwy 60 Pawnshop.
2. Winning Bidders must have a VALID State issued ID that is NOT Expired.
3. Buyers of handguns must be 21 years old or older and buyers of long guns must be 18 years old or older. All buyers between the ages of 18-21 will have a mandatory 10 day holding period per ATF Laws.
4. All Buyers must have a Valid state issued ID and pass a background check to pickup firearms.
Hwy 60 Pawn will charge a transfer fee at time of pickup:
A $35 Fee for the first gun plus $10 for each additional gun.
B. If you have a valid KY concealed carry permit the fee will be $25 for first gun plus $10 for each additional gun.
5. Handguns must be purchased by Kentucky Residents only. Firearms will not be shipped to anyone. Long guns can be purchased by residents of any neighboring state EXCEPT Illinois.
Possession: With Payment
Payment: Cash or Good Check day of the auction. A 6% Sales tax will be added unless buy is farm exempt or has a resale certificate. Farm and resale certificates must be provided day of auction.
Auctioneer’s Note: A 10% Buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine final sales price.
Property sells “As is, Where is” with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. It is up to the buyer to make their inspection prior to bidding day of sale. All announcements made day of the auction take precedence over any and all other announcements both oral and written.
