Real Estate: $10,000 down on the house tract day of auction. $3000 down on Shop Tract day of auction. Balance due on both tracts within or upon30 days. 2025 Taxes to be prorated.

Personal Property: Fleetwood RV to be paid for in full day of auction but cannot be taken until transferred (This item does have a reserve). All other personal property to be paid day of auction. 6% Sales tax on other personal property).

Payment: Cash or Good Check.

Auctioneer’s Note: A 10% Buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine final sales price. 6% Sales Tax will be added to persal property.
